Behind The Scenes Can you believe we are in the 2nd week of 2008? How has it been so far? Many of you have come to me with some really big visions and I am so thankful I can help you manifest them.
I have to admit I, do, feel like a broken record this week. So, listen up... I love the fact that you dream big! I love that you become excited and energize every time you think about your dreams. However, I can't help but notice that your old habits keep haunting you. Habits of overwhelm, frustration and lack of giving aka delegating -- that's right -- habits of overwhelm, frustration and lack of giving -- are inhibiting your success.
The feature article below will help you start your year and dreams off right. Jen's Book

Featuring: Cut Your Dreams Into Bite Size Pieces Sometimes - for some - it is easier to get emotionally involved in your dream when you can see to the next steps to creation. Have a 3, 6 or 12-month vision and know the financial costs to accomplish them. Many of my clients have found it easier to believe a 12-month vision than the 12,000 square foot home and the private jet that appears on your vision board. If you find yourself not seeing yourself being, doing or having some of your desires, maybe you need to activate a 3, 6 or 12-month vision. Start training your belief muscle! Step 1: Choose time length (3, 6, 12 months) Step 2: Write down what you want to be, do and have in the next 3, 6 or 12 months. Step 3: What are the next three steps to being, doing and having your desires? Can you explore specifics? Know the what, where, when, and why. What does it feel, smell, taste, look and sound like? Explore the vision. Step 4: Money is in exchange for education and experience. Figure out the cost to benefit balance? Is the financial energetic price in alignment with the future vision? What would it cost monthly to live this life? How is this a step to the bigger vision? How will this help you serve others in the big picture? Will it help you grow your wealth assets? Figure out the worldly “realistic” cost and remember you can attract this or something better in less time than you ever thought possible. Example: Time Length: 3 months What do you want to be, do and have? Be: Fit and Toned Author Do: Travel to Paris Have: Hybrid Vehicle Steps To Take: Be: Fit and Toned #1: Learn about gym memberships #2: Choose a gym #3: Exercise daily Cost to benefit balance: I look and feel like I desire. I see myself with more energy to live and play. Financial Cost: $100/month gym membership Do: Travel to Paris #1: Research hotel and flight information #2: Decide on what to do, where to stay #3: Reserve dates Cost to benefit balance: See, learn, have fun and experience other cultures. Financial “Realistic” Cost: $5000 flight and travel expenses for two. Have: Hybrid Vehicle #1: Figure out exact what car I want #2: Go for a test drive and get a picture of me in my new car #3: Visualize the experience Cost to benefit balance: Have fun, enjoy the safety of a new car and serve the earth by using less fuel and inspire others to treat the environment with respect. Financial “Realistic” Cost: $700/month for car payment. Be: $100 for the gym Do: $1667/month for next 3 months to go to Paris Have: $700/month for new vehicle Total Month Maximum Expenses for Be, Do & Have’s: $2467 Complete the first step you wrote out today. If life was a chessboard what would your next move be? Can you make your moves today, tomorrow and the next day?
